2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with damaged or missing safety seals.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse after delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance sale, unless they are defective.
4. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we will:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Offer a refund or store credit, as appropriate.
5. Return Process
- Contact us through our Contact page or customer support email and include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping if applicable.
- Return the product in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
Unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable time and issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances and your preference.
7. Exchanges
In some cases, we may allow exchanges for different flavours or variants of the same product, provided the original item is unopened and in resalable condition. Please contact us to check availability.
8. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled and will instead need to follow the return process, where applicable.
